Wednesday you can expect a healthy how-to - everything from instructions on dealing with an electrical shock to what food items contain the most hidden salt. Every now and again, you may find a Wednesday post on current events, Oklahoma, travel, really just about anything.
Fridays are reserved for the always-popular Friday Dog Blog, with some of the funniest and cutest pooches in the country. We are always looking for cute dogs (and all dogs are cute), so please e-mail us your dog's picture - we'll make him a star! (Oh, and other pets are welcome, too - we especially like cats!)

I'm Currently Reading.....
Stories I Only Tell My Friends by Rob Lowe. This is terrific! I haven't really been a Rob Lowe fan, but I think I will check out some of his old movies now. Most "star" autobiographies are run of the mill, but this one really shines.
